Project 659: HR Case Management and Ticketing Solution

HR Connect is a new platform designed to streamline and enhance how the UNC Charlotte community engages with human resources. It will offer current, former and prospective employees a secure, centralized gateway to submit requests, access support and communicate with HR more efficiently.

By ensuring greater consistency, transparency and confidentiality, HR Connect delivers a more connected and responsive experience across the University. This initiative reflects UNC Charlotte’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, service innovation and improved employee experience.
