Process and Project Management Office (PPMO)

The OneIT Process and Project Management Office (PPMO) handles project requests, manages IT projects, and offers process assessment and improvement services. Our team of Business Analysts and Project Managers supports IT Governance by facilitating the review and approval of IT project requests, analyzing processes, maintaining the project portfolio, and implementing solutions.
