Executive Steering Committee (ESC)

The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) ensures all IT projects align with University priorities and resource capabilities. Appointed by UNC Charlotte Vice Chancellors, these divisional reps requests support the mission and strategic direction of their respective areas and set IT Project priorities. OneIT Executive Directors and members of the OneIT Project Management Office (PPMO) advise the steering committee.

Faculty & Staff Advisory Committee (FSAC)

The Faculty and Staff Advisory Committee (FSAC) is composed of faculty and staff appointed by their colleges and divisions to provide feedback on IT projects. This committee meets monthly and is given updates on IT projects. 

OneIT Leadership Team 

The OneIT leadership team, CIO, Assistant Vice Chancellors and Executive Directors review all project requests to understand impact, scope and feasibility. This also oversees the work performed by OneIT and forecasts when human resources will be available to work on each project.
