Project 672: Zoom AI Companion
The overall object of this project is to implement Zoom AI services in a safe and secure manner. The Zoom AI services include Meeting Summary, Smart Recording, In-Meeting Questions, Content Generation, Phone Call Summary, Voicemail Tasks and Prioritization; see this FAQ for more details.
An important aspect of this project is establishing standards and guidelines for the proper use of AI in meetings that meet privacy and security guidelines. For example, even though the AI can take meeting notes, it is the responsibility of the host to review notes for accuracy prior to distribution. It is also the host’s responsibility to make sure attendees know and are comfortable with AI use during the meeting. If an attendee objects, the AI should be disabled.
